Text blocks in Framework VII can be selected and stored, given a short name. The text can be recall
and typed in the current cursor location using its given name.
The text is stored with its footnotes, attribute style, font assignment, and its
non printable screen attributes.
Multiple sets of text blocks are stored on disk and can be made available through the use of a menu.
A table of content of the current set is maintained automatically.
